What a beautiful day April 18th is in Melbourne – one could almost forget, strolling through a sundrenched autumnal afternoon, that the Baillieu government will be in power for another 955 days (2 years, 7 months, 11 days) – longer if Victorians fail to act decisively at the polls. While I hope that yesterday’s EBA update indicates progress in the Mental Health negotiations, I can not forget that we are 16 days away from it being 10 months since those negotiations started. We can not let the rest of the state forget, either.
